Show Descriptions

Set in 18th century Mississippi, rascally robber, Jamie Lockhart, courts Rosamund, daughter of the richest planter in the country.  Will his suit be thwarted by an evil stepmother and her pea-brained minions?  Or will a case of double-mistaken identity be its undoing?  From Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning author Alfred Uhry (Driving Miss Daisy, The Last Night of Ballyhoo), this Tony-nominated bawdy Southern folktale will have you tapping, swaying and laughing along with its rousing bluegrass score.
